Arab Pasties


To make about 1 dozen:
200 g of textured soy protein
4 medium-sized onions
1 red or green pepper
2 lemons
3 eggs
100 g of green olives (optional)
Ground chilli


Hydrate the soy.
Meanwhile, fry the chopped onions and the pepper in a pan.
Add the textured soy protein and cook for 10 minutes on a slow heat, stirring continuously. Remove the mixture from the heat, let it cool and add the chopped egg, the olives and the lemon at the end.
Let it rest in the refrigerator.
Fill the pasties and bake on a high heat.
