Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients


300 g of textured soy protein
2 liters of tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic
6 large onions
2 medium-sized carrots
2 bay leaves
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Ground chilli

Preparation


Chop the onions and garlic, and cook until they are translucent.
Add the grated carrot and the textured soy protein already hydrated.
Cook for 10 minutes and add the tomato sauce, bay leaves and sugar (two tablespoons).
Cook on a slow heat for 15 minutes.
