Chicken Tart


1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 plum tomatoes
3 onions
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
250 g of textured soy protein, chicken flavored
1 pie cover


Cut the vegetables into strips and cook them.
Add the textured soy protein already hydrated and cook for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool, and add the eggs and the cream cheese.
Line a tart tin with the pie cover, fill it and bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes.
