Creole-style Pasties

Ingredients


To make about 2 dozens:
200 g of textured soy protein
1 kg of green onion
Oil or fat for cooking
Salt
Pepper
Cumin

Preparation


Cook the green onion on a slow heat for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add the textured soy (already hydrated).
Add cumin.
Let the preparation cool and fill the pasties.
Serve with Creole sauce.
