Meat Pie


200 g of textured soy protein (any flavor)
1 onion
1 can of tomatoes diced into cubes
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 can of corn
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of flour
250 cl of beef broth
1 kg of smashed potatoes or smashed sweet potatoes


Cook the chopped onion and garlic, add the textured soy protein already hydrated and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat, stirring so it does not stick.
Lower the heat and add the flour and the broth. Mix and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the smashed potatoes.
Cook for 5 more minutes and place the mixture on a baking dish.
