Pork Burguers

Ingredients


200 g of textured soy protein, pork flavored
1 chopped onion
1 red pepper
1 green grated apple
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
1 egg
2 tablespoons of oats

Preparation


Cook the onion and pepper, add the textured soy protein already hydrated and mix.
Let the mixture cool, and add the grated apple, egg and oats.
Knead and mix well.
Make the burgers, let them cool and cook them in the oven, in a fry pan or grilled.
