Stir-Fried Vegetables


200 g of textured soy protein (any flavor or neutral)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 onions
1 medium-sized carrot
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Soybean sprouts
Sesame seeds


Cut all the vegetables into thin strips.
In a wok, sauté the onions for one minute, add the peppers, the clove of garlic and the carrot. Add the textured soy protein already hydrated and the soy sauce.
Cook for 1 minute and season with salt. Finally, add the soybean sprouts and the sesame seeds.
